A warm cup of tea with a muffin was a nice touch before we set off. Great service. But when after four days the weather turned bad so we had to find another way out we ended up on a back country road in the middle of nowhere, wet and cold. We managed to get a message to Jennifer, once again she was there on time with hot chocolate, warm towels and a warm van to get us where we needed to be. I don't normally give reviews but the service we got from Jennifer was special. Good old fashion kiwi service. Jennifer says “Its not just about the Destination, it’s the Journey that counts”.
