Booking more than 4 persons? As a rule the fare is 1/4 th of the flat rate fare for transfers around the Nelson Lakes and to/from airports. Longer journeys are discounted as are group bookings from 6 persons. Feel free to ask for a quote.
Bikes. We take a maximum of 4 mountain bikes or 2 Ebikes. The cost will vary from $20.00 to $50.00 depending on the destination and nr of bikes. Please enquire.
Waiting time: We understand that you may be later than your booked time. However as our drivers are paid on an hourly rate, if you are delayed longer than 15 minutes and have not given us more than 2 hours notice we reserve the right to charge a fee in respect of the waiting time. Payment on the spot.
Our Hospitality is free. Our reviews rave about us for our local knowledge and our picnic basket with a drink and homemade cookie when picking guests up from tramping or being offered during longer journeys.
Storage of luggage is free when booking a return transfer. Alternatively the Nelson Lakes Visitors centre accepts bags for a small fee or try your accommodation provider.
Storage of Vehicle is free when you book with us. Please note that we are located between Lakes Rotoiti and Rotoroa so you will need to book a return transfer. St Arnaud has a number of reasonably safe parking spots.

Our most popular destinations from / to St Arnaud can now be booked online. Your reservation is pending until we send you a notice of confirmation. As a rule you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to confirm the request. This deposit is refunded if we cannot accept your booking or agree on a time. If your first transfer is within 7 days of booking full payment will be required.

St Arnaud is 1.5 hours drive from Nelson, Blenheim and 1hr.45mins from Picton, Motueka and 2hrs from Kaiteriteri and Westport.
